Tip of the Week: POA’s with Daniela Adams

Hi, I’m Daniela Adams with PM Title and this is your Tip of the Week. Are you listing a property that involves a Power of Attorney? If you are, please make sure the power of attorney is reviewed by your title company. Some Power of Attorney’s are very specific and have hidden details that determine whether that Power of Attorney can be used to sell real estate. Please make sure that your client brings the original Power of Attorney to the closing. The county does require all Power of Attorneys and legal documents to be original for filing and recording.
