FAST TURN AROUND TIMES

For Lenders, we work diligently to return all documents within 24 hours of receipt of Title Order. We also provide the preliminary CD immediately upon receiving the loan officer’s information so that they can properly disclose fees to the borrowers.

ACCURATE CALCULATIONS

For Real Estate Agents or Sellers we provide accurate net-to-sellers (Pre-HUDs/Pre-CD’s). We understand that when an agent receives a purchase offer, whether it’s after-hours or on the weekend, he or she needs exact calculations to provide to their clients. Or, if an agent is going on a listing appointment we run net-to-seller numbers prior to the appointment. Depending on the lender we can often pull mortgage payoffs the same day

FAST TITLE

Depending on the County the property is located in we can often pull title and have it back within 24 hours.

Communication

We communicate weekly with the lenders, agents, buyers and sellers so that all parties are on the same page. We also provide frequent updates to the agents so they can focus on working with their clients and building their business. The less time an agent has to spend micro-managing transactions the more time he or she can dedicate to listing and selling properties. We go above and beyond to ensure that we over-communicate to all parties (if that’s even such a thing – we believe this should be the norm). This eliminates many questions and misunderstandings that often arise during the closing process.

Choice

We allow our clients to choose the location of the closing, whether it be at your home, one of convenient office locations, your office or place of employment, a Real Estate Agent’s office or any other location that is convenient. We also allow our clients to schedule the time of their closing. It is not our place to force you, our customer, to take off work, miss an important meeting, a child’s program or athletic event, a family function or miss any other obligation.

Schedule

At PM Title, our customers schedule their closing – no exceptions. This is our promise. You tell us when and where you want to close and we’ll be there!

Our doors are always open, cell phones are always on and email is frequently checked (yes, even on weekends!). We always work diligently to ensure that your transaction is handled professionally and efficiently. We believe in going “all-in” and doing whatever it takes (ethically and responsibly, of course) to get to the closing table.

We perform continual background checks on our employees and have a state-of-the-art digital backup of all files. Paper files are now a thing of the past. Although the real estate industry is not completely eco-friendly, we do our best to limit PM Title’s carbon footprint. Even our pens are made from recycled water bottles.

PM Title will come to you for the closing. You can Pre-Sign the documents at your home, work, after-hours or on the weekend.
