Tip of the Week: Taxes with Daniela Adams

Hi this is Daniela Adams with PM Title your Tip of the Week. This week we are going to talk about Taxes. So, taxes are due in Franklin County in January and June. If you recently just closed on a property in November or December, you will be receiving a tax bill. Now, your lender could have escrowed your taxes to be paid or the title company, PM Title, held them to be paid by the seller. You will receive a tax bill, however, no worries, this just means that the county wants to make sure you are receiving a tax bill.
